If you are not happy with your purchase it can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of delivery. All items for return must meet the following requirements;
- The items must not have been altered or opened in any way.
- Products must be Intact, unopened or not tampered with in order to be eligible for a refund. Seal must remain intact.
- Contact must be made via email to email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your items.
- The items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your items
All returns will be processed within 15 days of delivery. If you choose to return your purchase, please follow the below process:
1. Items must meet the above requirements.
2. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of your return and for us to provide a return mailing address and further details.
3. Once the items have been sent by you and received by us, they will undergo a quality review and once cleared you will receive a refund on the cost at purchase (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the account you made the purchase on. You will receive an email confirming the above.
*We are not responsible for the cost of return item postage or insurance unless the items were delivered damaged or faulty. We cannot be held liable for the loss of products being returned. It is recommend that you use a registered post service to return goods, and keep a record of the tracking details.
